Village at Griesbach

The neighbourhood design of Village at Griesbach is based on the “urban village” or “new urbanism” community planning philosophy. Championed by H.R.H. Prince Charles since the 1980s the concept of this philosophy is to include a socially integrated, self-sustaining neighbourhood plan with a focus on classic architecture that improves the curbside appeal and makes communities more walkable.

Located conveniently at 97 Street and 137 Ave, Village at Griesbach is only minutes away from Downtown Edmonton. It includes a variety of homes. Whether you’re a first-time home buyer or an expanding family, you’ll find something to meet your needs.  The Village has dedicated almost a quarter of its land to parks, lakes, green spaces, recreation fields or lifestyle amenities. Within the community are four lakes, a naturalized park, tree-lined paths, military tributes and activity destinations. Amenities include community schools, three playgrounds, a community garden, Central Hill Park as well as shopping and services.
