Grovenor, originally called Westgrove, is a highly desirable residential neighbourhood bounded on the east by 142 Street, the west by 149 Street, the north by 107 Avenue and on the south by the MacKinnon Ravine. Running through the neighbourhood is Stony Plain Road which connects downtown Edmonton and the suburban communities of Spruce Grove and Stony Plain to the west. 

An older and established neighbourhood, several parts of Grovenor date back to the 1910s with the majority of construction occurring during the 1960s. Grovenor has seen redevolpment in the form of duplexes and low rise apartments but it is mainly dominated by single family dwellings and is a popular spot for luxury infill properties.  The population of Grovenor is approximately 2400 and the average home price is $605,000. Grovenor also offers  close proximity to downtown and access to the beautiful MacKinnon RavineGini.
