Granville is a Craftsman inspired community in the far west end of Edmonton. The community is bounded on the north by  Whitemud Drive and on the west by Winterburn Road. Located on 305 acres, this subdivison has plenty to offer including green space, walking trails and convenient proximity to both the Whitemud and Anthony Henday Freeways.

Granville is a brand-new neighbourhood as the first homes were constructed in only 2012. The neighbourhood contains a mixture of single family homes, duplexes, townhomes and apartments. Families are the predominant residents within Granville and a K to Grade 9 School newly opened in 2018.

Granville is also home to two beautiful ponds, upgraded landscaping, and walkways connecting the neighbouring communities. There are playgrounds for the children to enjoy and the new school is located on a 21 acre site that will be a focal point for the community. The area also offers a comprehensive public transit system and is a short distance from the Lewis Farms Transit Hub at 87 Ave and the Anthony Henday.
