Cy Becker

Cy Becker was named after a wartime flying ace, one of Alberta’s first bush pilots who made history by making the first air mail delivery to remote northern communities. Since then, Edmonton has identified an area in the northeast to be called Pilot Sound in recognition of his contributions and those of many others. Cy Becker is located in Pilot Sound, bounded on the west by the  McConachie neighbourhood, north by Anthony Henday Drive, south by the Brintnell and Hollick-Kenyon neighbourhoods and to the east by the future Gorman neighbourhood.

At All Seasons Park, located within Cy Becker, you’ll find a splash park, skating ribbon and tobogganing hill, walking trails, scenic ponds and play spaces, allowing residents to enjoy the area year-round. Access to major arteries like Anthony Henday Drive and Yellowhead Trail makes it easy to get around Edmonton. If you prefer transit, the LRT (Light Rail Transit) is quickly reached at the nearby Clareview station.
