Callingwood is a residential neighbourhood located on the west end of Edmonton and is bounded by 178 Street on the west, on the east by 170 Street, on the north by Whitemud Drive, and on the south by Callingwood Road. The area is actually comprised of two neighbourhoods – Callingwood North and Callingwood South and combined they form the geographical area called simply- Callingwood. 

This area is a mature community filled with homes and condos that are priced for first time buyers and the area is surrounded by schools and family friendly facilities. The average home price within the neighbourhood  is a very affordable $234,000 and the majority of dwellings here are low rise apartment style (46%) with the remainder consisting of a large amount of townhouses (36%) and duplexes and single family properties.
