Bonnie Doon


Bonnie Doon is a neighbourhood in East Central Edmonton.  The west end of Bonnie Doon was a part of the City of Strathcona starting in 1907 and became a part of Edmonton when Strathcona and Edmonton merged into one in the year 1912. The boundaries of the neighbourhood extend from the North Saskatchewan River Valley in the north to Whyte Ave in the south, the Mill Creek Ravine in the west and Connors Road in the north-east

The neighbourhood has a mixture of both single family homes as well as townhouses and condo buildings and the average single family home price within Boonie Doon is around $525,000. There is also a large percentage of Francophone residents within the community. The central location makes this an attractive area for real estate.
