Bounded on the south by the North Saskatchewan River valley, on the north by 118 (Alberta) Avenue, on the west by Wayne Gretzky Drive, and on the east by 67 Street, the area of Bellevue is one of Edmonton’s smallest neighborhoods, encompassing an approximate area of only 50 hectares.

Bellevue is one of Edmonton’s older neighborhoods and almost all of its development happened pre-1960. This neighborhood is almost exclusively comprised of single-family dwellings and around 80% of homes are owner occupied. This is no surprise when one considers the excellent views of the River Valley and downtown city skyline that can be found from this area.

The Bellevue community is well served educationally and has both an elementary and high school situated within its borders. Access to the south side is made easy with Wayne Gretzky Drive providing a direct arterial route and commuters to downtown can travel with ease via the Coliseum LRT station and bus terminal station.

With Rexall Place close by, concert events and hockey games are minutes away. A real treat is during the summer festival season, residents can often enjoy fireworks displays visible from the midway at Northlands.
