Belle Rive




Belle Rive is a mature neighbourhood in north Edmonton. It’s bounded on the north by 167 Ave, on the south by 153 Ave, and on the east by 82 Street. A line located between 89 Street and 90 Street marks its western boundary and is shared with Eaux Claires. The name Belle Rive is derived from the French for “beautiful shore”; a nod to the artificial lake in the southwestern portion of the community. 

Housing in the neighbourhood is a mix of different style homes ranging from split-levels and bungalows to two-storeys and bi-levels.
