Art Gallery of Alberta: 2 Sir Winston Churchill Square 

The Art Gallery of Alberta announced this week that they are now offering free admission for children ! This makes it a great weekend to head downtown and check the Gallery out including the child friendly Touch Lab 

42nd Annual Wild Rose Antique Collectors Show and Sale: Edmonton Expo Centre. 7300 116 Ave. Saturday, April 1 9:00am – 5:00pm

Since 1976 this show has been one of the largest and best attended antique shows in western Canada. Located centrally between Vancouver and Winnipeg, the show attracts sellers and buyers from across the Prairies, as well as British Columbia and the north western US, and even eastern Canada. Presented by the Wild Rose Antique Collectors Society.

Saturday April 1, 9 am to 5 pm, Sunday April 2, 10am to 4 pm. Admission $9 per day or $15 for 2 day pass.

Crafting at the Reuse Centre: City of Edmonton Reuse Centre. 6835 83 Street, Edmonton. Saturday, April 1 10am – noon.

Here’s your chance to get crafting at the Reuse Centre!  It’s an innovative spot in the city’s south east, full of cheap stuff that’s a great place to find just what you need for your project! In addition to selling things that have been saved from making a trip to the landfill, they host workshops and free monthly crafting sessions! $8.00 per child and $15.00 per adult.
