Have you been following our #relifesbiggestloser challenge on Facebook Live? If not, its too late to join in and play along! We are competing against each other in four categories: 

  • Number of steps taken each day
  • Hours exercised per week
  • Inches of fat lost
  • Continuous proper form push ups

This challenge runs until December 22 – just enough time to get us in tip top shape before Christmas cuz why wait until January 1st to start taking care of yourself? Lets do it now!! Follow us on Facebook and tune in at 9am each Thursday for challenge updates!
