Lynnwood is a residential neighbourhood located in the west end of Edmonton. The community is bounded on the east by 149 Street , on the south by Whitemud Drive, on the west by 159 Street, and on the north by 87 Avenue.
The neighbourhood is a family friendly community with a population of approximately 3200 residents. The majority of homes were built in the 1960’s and 1970’s and the average home price is currently around $690,000. The community is known for its beautiful mature trees and large city lots.
