Community Spotlight: Paisley

Paisley in southwest Edmonton is a neighbourhood still under development and part of the Heritage Valley development. It is bounded to the north by the Rosehill Cemetery and Graydon Hill neighbourhood, to the south by 28 Avenue, to the east by Heritage Valley Trail, and to the west by 141 Street.

The neighbourhood has multi-use trails, a stormwater pond, and three parks, one of which has a playground and another that’s a designated dog park. Additional green space and recreation can be found at nearby golf courses.

Perhaps the most distinctive feature in Paisley is its art installation, which was designed by Seattle artist Dan Corson, and inspired by tropical pitcher plants.
