Keswick is a newer home neighbourhood in southwest Edmonton that was established in 2010 and is located on the banks of the North Saskatchewan River.
Keswick (also called Keswick on the River) consists of over 200 acres of tree studded property and is located just west of 170th Street on Ellerslie Road in the area of Windermere and is also bordered by the Anthony Henday Ring Road for maximum convenience.
Keswick was established in 2010 but its first phase was not completed until 2013, making it one of Edmonton’s newest communities. The homes here are varied from those suitable to first time buyers all the way to impressive estates. Each house here is built by the best reputed homebuilders in the city and the neighbourhood takes great pride in its unique quality craftsmanship, demonstrated in every detail from the Keswick fountain to the address plaques.
Parks and Green Space:
Keswick features over 21 acres of green space including 3 parks and 3 constructed wetlands and just over 8 km of landscaped trails. There is also a fully completed playground and three private golf courses within a short drive, one of these is practically in the community backyard.
Keswick is just down the road from the hustle and bustle of the ever expanding “Currents of Windermere” shopping hub, featuring such conveniences as grocery stores, Tim Hortons, Winners and Home Sense, as well as Walmart and a large cineplex movie theatre.
