The neighborhood of Holyrood is located in east central Edmonton and is bounded on the north by 98 Avenue, on the south by 90 Avenue, on the east by 75 Street and on the west by 85 Street. The area has had four different names since its creation in the early 1900’s but has been known as Holyrood since 1953. 

The area consists predominantly of single family homes and the average price within the community is $441,572 with families having an average annual income of $95,000. 

The neighbourhood has beautiful tree lined streets and a convenient location with  access to the north areas of Edmonton via Wayne Gretzky Drive and the rest of the city/downtown via Connors Road and 98th ave. Bonnie Doon Mall is located just southwest of the area for shopping convenience and the nearby river valley trails provide abundance outdoor opportunities.
